The Leadership Lounge: A Place to Grow and Glow!

The Leadership Lounge is designed to provide a space where leaders can come together in a non-threatening, confidential environment to exchange and learn from one another - and best of all, it's free to join!

The mission of the group is to provide training that encourages discussion and debate among members, focusing on core skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and creative solutions. Members will be encouraged to share their perspectives and experiences in a safe and respectful environment. Lounge members will benefit from a wide variety of speakers chosen based on the group's requests. Additionally, the group aims to build relationships between members through networking events, community outreach initiatives, and mentorship opportunities.

The six goals of the Leadership Lounge are:

1. Foster open communication and honest dialogue between members.

2. Encourage a culture of learning and growth for all participants.

3. Increase awareness of different perspectives from diverse leaders.

4. Develop trust between members to create an atmosphere of openness and support.

5. Facilitate creative problem-solving that generates innovative solutions to challenges faced by leaders.

6. Provide education on the latest strategies and trends such as remote working, collaboration, hiring, retention, culture, and growth in their field.
